What is the Purpose of the Teaching School Hub?
The Teaching School Hub is working in partnership to provide Initial Teacher Training, The Early Career Framework & Appropriate Body Services, bespoke CPD and National Professional Qualifications.
This is summarised in the diagram below, alongside the various partners through which these services are delivered.
How is it Structured?
L.E.A.D. Teaching School Hub Lincolnshire has three structural tiers as outlined in the diagram below. The purpose of this is to optimise efficiency of reporting, enable effective challenge and ensure accountability against the Hub's KPIs and vision.

Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is a vital aspect underpinning the work of the Hub. Against a robust framework, there will be QA processes in place to ensure that the provision on offer is of the highest possible quality. The various layers of QA are identified in the following diagram:

The Teaching School Hub is working closely with the Teaching School Hub Council and partner Teaching Schools to support leaders and teachers in developing their approach to Ethnic Diversity and Inclusion.
